How you opt in

You can opt in to text messages from Clutch Home Buyers LLC through the contact form on our Contact page. The form has two separate checkboxes, one for each type of message:

Customer care text messages (optional): replies to your inquiry, scheduling property walkthroughs, and updates about your cash offer and closing.
Marketing text messages (optional): promotional messages about our home-buying services, including follow-up check-ins about selling your property and new offers.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. They are independent of each other: ticking one does not opt you in to the other. You can submit the contact form without ticking either box, and we will still respond to your inquiry by phone or email.

If you opted in to customer care text messages, you may receive recurring transactional messages related to replies to your inquiry, scheduling property walkthroughs, and updates about your cash offer and closing.
If you opted in to marketing text messages, you may receive recurring marketing messages related to promotional messages about our home-buying services, including follow-up check-ins about selling your property and new offers.
You will only receive messages in a category you opted in to.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.
